Document Review
For those clients who prefer to use their own loan origination software to produce mortgage packages, we also offer document review.

We understand the many layers of compliance our clients must address to eliminate risk and increase profits. Regulatory and investor compliance is one of today’s biggest challenges.
Unauthorized Practice of Law
Since a number of states in the U.S. consider it the unauthorized practice of law for a lender to prepare certain legal instruments affecting title to real property, some of our clients utilize our production and/or review services to limit their exposure in these jurisdictions.
